KENNETH A. KEELING
Ken Keeling received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky (1971) and his J.D. from the University of Louisville (1975). He worked for the Arabian American Oil Company from 1976 to 1982. Thereafter, Mr. Keeling was the general counsel for Belvieu Enterprises Companies from 1982 to 1986. Mr. Keeling served on the city council of the City of Jersey Village. He is currently a member of the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association. In addition to Texas, Mr. Keeling is also licensed to practice law in Ohio (inactive). Mr. Keeling is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit, U.S. District Court Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

MELISSA M. MARTINEZ
Melissa Martinez is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association. Ms. Martinez is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Martinez earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Houston in December, 2001 and her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in May, 2004. While attending South Texas Ms. Martinez completed an externship with Justice Richard H. Edelman of the Court of Appeals for the Fourteenth District of Texas.

KENNETH P. BEYERS
Ken Beyers is a Patent Attorney registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and a registered Professional Engineer. Mr. Beyers is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and in the U.S. District Court, Southern and Northern Districts of Texas. Before joining Keeling Patents & Trademarks, Mr. Beyers was employed at Arnold & Ferrera, a Houston intellectual property law firm, and in private practice. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Beyers taught engineering courses at the University of Oklahoma and worked as a Mechanical Engineer for nine years in the United States Air Force, at Sandia Laboratories, and at Control Data, Inc. Mr. Beyers earned his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from the University of Oklahoma (Norman) in 1988 and a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1971.
