Kenneth A. Keeling
Ken Keeling is a registered patent attorney with substantial litigation and business background.
Mr. Keeling started his legal career with the Arabian American Oil Company (now Saudi Aramco) negotiating large construction contracts and mediating contract claims on behalf of the company in Saudi Arabia. Upon returning to the United States, Mr. Keeling was general counsel to affiliated companies that stored and traded natural gas liquids.
Mr. Keeling founded the Keeling Law, LLC, in 1986 with a focus on providing quality intellectual property services and business representation.
Mr. Keeling's litigation experience includes state and federal court jury trials and arbitration proceedings, including:

Mr. Keeling's practice presently focuses on consulting with management of small businesses with an orientation toward achieving enterprise goals, protecting intellectual property, achieving resolution of disputes and managing risks.
